By using this website or purchasing an offering from The Studio Spica, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms are intended to make the relationship between you and The Studio Spica clear, fair and easy to understand.
1. About The Studio Spica
The Studio Spica provides Human Design readings, educational experiences, personal development services, workshops, group programs, digital resources and related offerings.
Email: [email protected]
Website: thestudiospica.com
2. Educational and personal development purposes
The Studio Spica provides Human Design education, coaching, reflection, personal development and creative guidance.
Our services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Nothing provided through a reading, program, workshop, resource or communication should be treated as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing and interpretation of the information provided.
3. Human Design
Human Design is used by The Studio Spica as a personal development and self reflection framework.
We do not guarantee that Human Design information, interpretations or readings will produce any particular personal, professional, relationship, financial or other outcome.
Your Human Design chart depends on the birth information you provide. You are responsible for providing your birth date, birth time and birth location as accurately as possible.
If inaccurate information is supplied, this may affect the chart and any interpretation based on it.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are displayed on the relevant sales page or checkout page.
Some products may be priced in Australian dollars and others in United States dollars. The applicable currency will be displayed before purchase.
Payment must be made using the payment methods offered at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Any currency conversion fees, international transaction fees or other charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where Australian Consumer Law provides you with a right to a refund, replacement, cancellation, resupply or other remedy, those rights continue to apply regardless of anything stated elsewhere in these Terms.
6. Change of mind
Unless otherwise stated for a particular offering, The Studio Spica does not provide refunds simply because you change your mind, decide not to participate, no longer require the service, or experience a change in your personal circumstances.
This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Human Design readings
Human Design readings are prepared specifically for the individual who books the session.
Payment is required before the reading unless otherwise agreed.
Birth information
You are responsible for checking that the birth details supplied to The Studio Spica are accurate.
If you are unsure of your exact birth time, please tell us before your reading. Where appropriate, we may discuss using an estimated time, but accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a live reading, please provide at least 24 hours notice where reasonably possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
Repeated rescheduling may be declined.
Late cancellations and missed sessions
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not attend your scheduled reading, the session may be treated as used and the payment may not be refunded.
Where exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us and we will consider the circumstances reasonably.
This policy does not limit any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
If The Studio Spica needs to cancel
If we need to cancel or substantially reschedule your reading and an alternative suitable time cannot be agreed, you will be entitled to an appropriate refund for the service not provided.
Digital or written reading materials
Where a personalised report, chart interpretation or other digital material has already been prepared specifically for you, change of mind refunds will generally not be available once preparation has commenced or the material has been supplied.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected.
8. Burn the Fucking Back Burner
Burn the Fucking Back Burner is a live group personal development, reclamation and creation experience for Manifestor women.
The Founding Circle beginning 5 October 2026 runs for six weeks and includes weekly live group sessions, access to a private Telegram community and private access to session recordings.
Participation
Participants are responsible for choosing the project, offer, product, creative work or other idea they wish to work on during the experience.
The Studio Spica will provide guidance, education, reflection, facilitation and group support.
We do not guarantee that a participant will launch, complete, sell, monetise or achieve any particular result from their chosen project.
Your results will depend on many factors, including your own decisions, circumstances, participation and actions.
Live sessions and recordings
Live sessions may be recorded so participants who cannot attend live can access the session afterwards.
By participating in a live session, you acknowledge that your voice, video, name or contributions may appear in the private participant recording.
Recordings are intended only for participants in the relevant cohort and must not be shared, copied, distributed or published without permission.
The Studio Spica will not use identifiable participant contributions from these recordings publicly for promotional purposes without permission.
Telegram community
Access to the private Telegram community is provided for the duration of the program and any additional access period communicated by The Studio Spica.
Participants are expected to communicate respectfully and protect the privacy of other participants.
The Studio Spica may remove a participant from the community or program where behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, persistently disruptive, unlawful, or seriously breaches another participant's privacy.
Where reasonably possible, concerns will be addressed with the participant before removal.
Confidentiality
Group programs involve personal conversations and shared experiences.
Participants agree not to disclose another participant's personal information, private stories, business ideas, creative concepts, screenshots, recordings or other confidential contributions outside the group without that person's permission.
The Studio Spica cannot guarantee that another participant will comply with their confidentiality obligations, but serious breaches may result in removal from the program.
Withdrawal and refunds
Places in Burn the Fucking Back Burner are limited.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, non attendance, failure to participate, or a participant's decision to withdraw from the program.
Recordings will be available where a participant cannot attend a live session.
If The Studio Spica cancels the program or is unable to provide a substantial part of the purchased service, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. Workshops, courses and group programs generally
Individual sales pages may contain additional conditions specific to an offering.
Where an offering includes scheduled live sessions, participants are responsible for checking dates, times and time zones before purchasing.
Where recordings are provided, availability periods may vary and will be communicated with the relevant offer.
Participation does not guarantee any specific personal, professional, creative, business or financial outcome.
10. Digital products and resources
Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal use unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly, shared with others, reproduced commercially or presented as your own work.
Where a digital product has been delivered or accessed, change of mind refunds are generally not provided.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law where a product or service does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.
11. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all materials created by The Studio Spica remain the intellectual property of The Studio Spica or the relevant rights holder.
This includes written material, frameworks, program names, workshop content, exercises, recordings, graphics, presentations, reports, teaching materials and digital resources.
Purchasing an offering gives you permission to use the relevant materials for your own personal use.
It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.
12. Your own intellectual property
You retain ownership of the ideas, projects, businesses, offers, creative works and other intellectual property you bring into a Studio Spica program.
Participation in Burn the Fucking Back Burner or another Studio Spica offering does not give The Studio Spica ownership of your project or creation.
13. Testimonials and promotional use
The Studio Spica may invite participants or clients to provide testimonials or feedback.
We will not publish an identifiable testimonial, image, recording or participant story for promotional purposes without permission.
Where permission is provided, you may later contact us if you wish to discuss withdrawing permission for future use.
14. Website information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on The Studio Spica website accurate and current.
Information may occasionally change, particularly dates, program structures, availability, prices or inclusions.
Where there is a significant discrepancy affecting something you have already purchased, please contact us so that it can be addressed fairly.
15. Third party platforms
Some Studio Spica services may use third party platforms such as payment processors, video meeting software, Telegram, GoHighLevel or other technology providers.
Use of those platforms may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policies.
The Studio Spica is not responsible for temporary outages or technical failures caused solely by third party platforms, although we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative where a disruption materially affects a paid service.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Studio Spica is not liable for losses arising solely from decisions you make based on personal development, Human Design or educational information provided through our services.
Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our offerings and business practices evolve.
The current version will be published on this page with the date it was last updated.
Terms applying at the time of a purchase will generally govern that purchase unless a later change is required by law or is more favourable to you.
18. Contact and complaints
If you have a concern about a purchase or service, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
Email: [email protected]
We will aim to respond within a reasonable period and deal with concerns fairly and in accordance with applicable Australian law.
